Cancer Survivorship Programs
For individuals who have completed cancer treatment
When cancer treatment ends there can be an expectation that the cancer journey is over. For many however, the end of treatment marks the beginning of a new phase and can bring about challenges.
Talking with others who have experienced a cancer diagnosis can be very helpful. Fellow cancer survivors can appreciate concerns about recurrence and adjusting to life after a cancer diagnosis.
In addition to the programs you find listed below consider participating in our exercise classes to help address the physical side effects from treatment or our hands-on cooking classes that help individuals incorporate more fruits, vegetables and whole grains into their diets.
