For the safety of our community during COVID-19, our programs and services are currently being provided virtually or via phone. Check out our exercise classes via GoTo Meeting and Facebook Live.

Exercise Classes
This exercise class is designed for individuals in cancer treatment or coping with the side effects of treatment. Functional strength, balance, & endurance activities will be introduced. Instructor will adapt the exercise class for all levels of fitness, no equipment or experience required. Virtual health and fitness screening required.

Zumba Gold

Join Anita Bartel every Monday at 10:00am for our Zumba Gold on Facebook Live. This class brings high energy but is low impact and is intended for individuals who have been encouraged by their health care team to stay physically active. You do not have to be a member of Facebook to join our live classes. Just visit our Facebook page on Mondays at 10:00am and scroll down the page to the live class.

Join fitness trainer Stephen Cerne every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12:30-1:00pm on Facebook Live for exercise classes. Note that these classes are for individuals who have been encouraged by their health care team to stay physically active. You do not have to be a member of Facebook to join our live classes. A Few Friendly Reminders

Exercise classes are open to individuals in treatment for cancer or coping with the side effects of treatment. Classes include resistance training using light weights, bands and balls, and strength equipment. Written medical authorization from your physician and a fitness assessment with staff member Beth Bennett are required before attending classes. Please note some special exercise classes are also available for a support person/family member and are noted as such in the program description.
