Exercise classes can help address fatigue from cancer treatment, aid in improving strength, balance and endurance, and provide an overall sense of well-being. Classes are designed for different levels of ability and geared towards empowering individuals to move through our programs and out into the community. Support for these programs provided by Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Foundation.
Please note, prior registration is required for all exercise classes. CLICK HERE to email Beth Bennett and indicate in your email that you are interested in participating in our exercise classes.
