While no single food is the cause or cure for cancer, healthy nutrition plays an integral role in all aspects of the cancer journey. From the time of diagnosis until after treatment, good nutrition helps boost the immune system, repair and build muscle, and gives us a sense of control and empowerment as something positive we can do throughout the cancer journey.
The Gathering Place offers a number of hands-on cooking classes that focus on plant-based recipes. Our registered dietitian Beth Bennett is available to provide individual consultations and answer questions about nutritional needs.Call-216.455.1517 to schedule an appointment.
