There often is much confusion around soy foods and cancer. However, whole soy foods such as tempeh, tofu, soy milk, and edamame can be nutritious proteins to include in your diet before, during, and after treatment. In fact, the American Institute for Cancer Research states soy is part of a diet that may reduce risk of cancer.
