A slow, progressive program focused on stability and body awareness, allowing for improved function. Held virtually on Wednesdays, 12:30-1:00pm.

´╗┐PLEASE NOTE: Registration for all exercise and movement classes will close 24 hours prior to the start of class to ensure all our participants have completed their one-time Health & Fitness screening with a staff member from The Gathering Place.
