Cleveland Dance Project: Mindfulness & Movement

Dancing and journaling have been shown to improve both our physical and mental health. This class, created by their company's physical therapist, helps participants explore movement to find a release for emotions, and an escape from the daily stressors and anxieties of life. No experience necessary, adaptations to movement will be available for those who are more comfortable seated. Presenter: Anna Cerveny, DPT, Director, Cleveland Dance Project
