Cooking With Plant Based Proteins

The American Institute for Cancer Research encourages cancer survivors to consume more plant foods including plant based proteins such as beans, lentils, and soy foods. Join this hands-on cooking class, offered both virtually and in person, to learn about the nutritional benefits of plant based proteins, considerations for cancer survivors, and how to make different recipes with these foods.
