The Gathering Place's Beachwood and Westlake locations will be closing early on Friday, December 12th at 2pm. We will open on Monday, December 15th at 9am.
The mission of The Gathering Place is to support, educate and empower individuals and families currently coping with the impact of cancer in their lives through programs and services provided free of charge.

The programs at The Gathering Place address the body, the mind and the spirit. We recognize that everyone has different needs while coping with cancer and we provide programs and services to meet people where they are on the cancer journey; whether you are the person with cancer or their loved one.
People often describe feeling a sense of peace when they walk through our doors. This comes from being a part of a community. This comes from feeling safe and connected. This comes from knowing you are not alone on your journey.

The Gathering Place reaches individuals wherever they are on their cancer journey with services designed to complement traditional cancer care by addressing the mind, body and spirit through the following FREE programs & services:
Weekly support group for adults with any kind of cancer.
Support group for caregivers, family members and friends of those diagnosed with cancer.
Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound on this relaxing journey using the highest-grade Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls.
Exercise class that builds on balance, stability and body awareness.
Join this program to explore different nutrition and cancer topics, and watch a cooking demonstration to add to your recipe collection.
Connect and build community with young adults (18-45) who have been diagnosed with cancer.
