Our initiative is to extend our mission and free services beyond our four walls to the city of Cleveland where residents are disproportionately affected by cancer.
In collaboration with Community Leaders and Organizations, TGP in CLE strives to bring vital cancer resources to the city. Our dedicated team, led by Community Program Manager Sydney Beeman, is committed to providing education, one-on-one support, and access to resources for individuals, families, children, and caregivers.
We aim to empower communities with knowledge about cancer prevention, screening guidelines and available resources by providing informative workshops, on-site services and community outreach.
Join us in fostering an equitable culture of understanding, awareness, and support in the pursuit of healthier lifestyles and the prevention of late-stage cancer diagnoses. Explore the services offered and connect with us as we work together to make a meaningful impact in Cleveland's health and well-being.
