Chair One Fitness

Held in person at TGP East and virtually via Zoom on Thursdays from 11:00-11:45am.

This is a fun, chair-based dance fitness class with the goal of keeping participants mobile and remaining progressive in daily function and/or recovery. Some benefits of Chair One Fitness include improved posture, strengthening of shoulders, lubrication of knee joints, and increasing flexibility.

Health and fitness screening required before attending any movement class.

Please consult your physician before beginning this, or any exercise program. As with any exercise program, if at any point you begin to feel faint, dizzy or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately. Information is for educational purposes only.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration for all exercise and movement classes will close 24 hours prior to the start of class to ensure all our participants have completed their one-time Health & Fitness screening with a staff member from The Gathering Place.
