The 'core' is made up of muscles that are responsible for proper posture, efficient functional movement, balance and stability. Learn about the muscle groups that make up and control your core. Held virtually on Tuesdays from 1:00-1:30pm. Recordings available after the program.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration for all exercise and movement classes will close 24 hours prior to the start of class to ensure all our participants have completed their one-time Health & Fitness screening with a staff member from The Gathering Place.
