DragonFly HIIT

This hour of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) will help prepare you for the Dragon Boat season as you work on your cardiovascular endurance and full body strength! HIIT involves doing short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by a short rest or recovery. Have fun getting to know other participants on the Dragon Boat team during this off-season training session! Held at TGP East Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm.
