Exercise is rooted in function and how you apply it to everyday activities. Proper form and mechanics lead to more mindful, effective, efficient, and functional movement. To address function, this program combines simple strength, endurance, core, balance, and flexibility exercises.
Held virtually via Zoom on Tuesdays and at our Wellness Center on Thursdays.
