Held virtually on Mondays & Thursdays, 6:30-7:15pm
This is a HIIT style full body workout utilizing dumbbells and body weight as participants are taken through exercises targeting their upper and lower body followed by balance and core based movements. Each movement is deliberately chosen to target and strengthen areas commonly affected by cancer treatments. Sessions are adaptable for all skill levels as each exercise can be modified to be simpler or more challenging depending on each individual’s needs. Recordings available after the program.
Health and fitness screening required before attending any movement class.
