Saturdays, 10:00-11:00am

QiGong-Tai Chi integrates physical exercises, breathing techniques and mindfulness into one practice.

QiGong-Tai Chi is a holistic health practice integrating a sequence of gentle movements, breathing techniques, acupressure self-massage, and mindfulness. The classes are designed to reduce stress and increase vitality, improve flexibility, balance and circulation, and strengthen muscles. QiGong-Tai Chi can be done sitting or standing and is easily modified and adapted for all abilities and fitness levels. Instructor: Jeannie Koran


Exercise

Fridays, 12:30-1:00pm

Restorative Motion is an entry level movement program focusing on proper posture, alignment and body symmetry. This class has a slow-flow, yoga-based format that can help participants ease tension, relaxing both the mind and body. The large majority of all exercises can be done in a seated position, while there are time which participants, if possible, will stand or lie down.

Children, Teen & Family

Group for children who have experienced the death of a sibling to childhood cancer. Includes expressive age-appropriate activities. Facilitator: Michelle Miller, LISW-S, ACHP-SW

Art, Music & Meditation

Immerse yourself in the healing power of sound on this relaxing journey using the highest-grade Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. This full body relaxation experience will help with stress, tension, sleeplessness, anxiety, depression, grief, physical pain, and more. Presenter: Becky Hopp, Certified Sound Healer
