Line dancing is a fun, energetic class where you'll learn choreographed routines set to popular country, pop. or rock music. This class is great for all skill levels as the moves are broken down step by step. It's a fantastic way to improve coordinationi and boost fitness. Monthly support for those diagnosed with lung cancer. This support group will help the individual diagnosed with lung cancer feel more connected, gain information and provide a safe place to express feelings. Monthly support group for those diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. Meets the third Tuesday of every month, 6:00-7:30pm. Facilitator: Sarah Axner Gilmore, MSSA, LSW.
A 6-week program for individuals currently in treatment or who have finished treatment in the last year. It involves a weekly support group, twice-weekly fitness training, and 4 healthy interactive nutrition sessions. Full schedule provided upon registration. Sign up for an open gym time to come and workout on your own. Participants must first attend an orientation and complete a health and fitness screening. This program is limited to 6 participants per hour.
