Monthly support group for women diagnosed with gynecological cancers (non-ovarian). This support group provides a safe space for women to talk about their diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic cancers, side effects, late effects and related thoughts and emotions. Each person's cancer story is different. It can be healing to learn from others, to ask questions and to share ways they have coped. Meets the third Thursday of every month, 6:30-7:30pm. Connect and build community with young adults (18-45) who have been diagnosed with cancer. Programs provide an opportunity for social networking and creative outlets to assist with coping.

Sleep plays a vital role in our physical and mental health. Cancer and treatment for cancer can cause fatigue and make it difficult to get a good night of sleep. This presentation will include an overview of common sleep problems and ways to improve sleep and manage fatigue during and after cancer treatment.
